Meditation Mix CD

Introduction

These tracks were recorded by a team of Kent University students at the School of Music and Fine Art and university staff from the Counselling and Wellbeing team, the Student Learning Advisory Service and the

Chaplaincy. The project was supported by money from the Creative Campus fund. It came about as a result of a weekly meditation session held in the School of Music and Fine Art. The group offers a regular, shared experience of meditating which supports individual meditation and provides a safe space to talk about student life and some of the pressures which students experience.

This CD is aimed to support both individual and group meditation. All audio files are in .mp3 format. You may need to download the latest version of Quicktime player to listen to the files.
