We provide all taught and research students (UG and PG) with a range of support services including pastoral and academic support and study skills.
Employability and Placements
We can help with for specialist careers advice as well as employability and placement development and support.
Student Success, Attainment and Experience
We can help with questions about Student Voice Forums, student representation, module evaluations, academic communities, events and student feedback and student success projects.
Course administration (UG, PGT and PGR)
We are responsible for all UG, PGT and PGR student administration including timetabling and exams processes.

Marketing, Communications and Engagement
We can help with recruitment and marketing activity and planning for the division. This includes the website and social media, recruitment events and promoting the Division to wider audiences including the media and schools.
We can help with enquiries from prospective students about studying with us, and applications to all undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Division.
We can help with: communicating news within the Division and external communications, including websites, social media and press.

Research and innovation
We can help with questions about external grant applications, current awards, REF and internal research funding streams.

We can help with all questions about Finance, Procurement and Travel related matters within the division, for Academic staff, Research staff, Professional services, Technical services & Students.
IT and Technical services
We can help with IT support requests including email and software, IT in teaching spaces, and provision of computer hardware for staff in the Division as well as questions about campus buildings, furniture and telephones.
