What is an Applicant Day?

If you have an offer from Kent - firstly, congratulations! This time can be nerve-wracking, but also incredibly exciting. We are sure you'll fit right in and do great things here, but we want to make sure you feel the same way about us!

Applicant Days are your chance to experience life at Kent. You'll take part in a tailored day based around your subject, have a chance to explore campus, ask any questions and picture your future at Kent. By the time you go home, you'll be as sure on us as we are on you, so you'll know you're making the right decision when making us your firm choice.

Applicant Days 2024

Our in-person 2024 Applicant Days have now finished but if you haven’t had a chance to visit, we’d love to meet you at an Open Day. Or you can meet us virtually on our 1st May Virtual Applicant Day.

There’s still time to book for our Canterbury summer Open Day on Saturday 6 July.

We’re also running guided Campus Tours at both the Canterbury and Medway campuses. More details are on our Visit Kent page

Explore our campus

Even if you've seen it before, it can't hurt to take a second look! There is so much to discover and you'll be guided by students who can answer any questions and show you the best spots on campus!

Make new friends

Loads of our students have made friends for life at our applicant days, you'll meet people with interests and passions just like yours, all going through the same experience!

We hope you're getting excited about visiting us - we're really looking forward to meeting you. Here you'll find some essential information about your visit, including how to get here. If you are attending a Saturday event, free parking is available across campus - no permit required. If attending on a weekday, please ensure you print and display your parking permit issued with your event ticket.
