Ceremony dates

Check the upcoming graduation dates and times.

Important dates for the November graduations

Register

You must register even if you choose not to attend. Registration will close on Wednesday 21 October, you may not be able to attend your ceremony if you miss the deadline.

Outstanding payments

All outstanding financial commitments to the University must be cleared by Friday 16 October.

Visa letters

If you or your guest need a visa letter to attend, you need to apply by Wednesday 14 October

Legal name

If you need to update your legal name, then the deadline is Wednesday 21 October.

Opt out

If you would like your name to be taken out of the graduation programme and other promotional material, please let us know by Wednesday 21 October.

Hire your gown

Hire your gown by Wednesday 21 October.

Student reception

Book to attend your graduate reception

Photography Day

If you are unable to attend graduation but would still like an official graduation photo, you can attend a Graduation Photography day on Saturday 17 October.
