January 2026
10 November 2025 – Application deadline for Postgraduate Research courses
8 December 2025 – Application deadline for taught January start courses
8 December 2025 – Deadline fornon-exempt applicants to transfer funds into their bank account to clear in time to meet UKVI's 28-day requirement and the CAS deadline. *UKVI are exercising their right to ask for financial information from any applicant, so you need to be prepared to provide this information to UKVI at any point during your visa application.
10 December 2025 - Last date for University of Kent International College (UKIC) to send applications through to University of Kent.
15 December 2025 – Last date for schools to make decisions on January start applications.
19 December 2025 – Deposit deadline for those who wish to pay by bank transfer.
*Please note, our preferred method of deposit payment is via our e-store, which includes Flywire. CAS will only be issued once we have received confirmation that a bank transfer has cleared, and this will take a minimum of 3 weeks.
19 December 2025 – CAS issuance deadline for University of Kent International College (UKIC).
2 January 2026 – Last date for applicants to meet all admissions conditions and accept their offer. This means applicants must hold an unconditional firm (UF) offer by this date.
5 January 2026 – Last date to complete pre-CAS interview on CAS Shield (by Enroly), for applicants who require a pre-CAS interview.
5 January 2026 – Last date to meet all CAS conditions, including paying deposits via the e-store or Flywire.
9 January 2026 – CAS issuance deadline for Kent. Applicants who are issued their CAS in January are advised to use UKVI priority application services where possible.
12 January 2026 – January term start date both University of Kent and University of Kent International College (UKIC).
26 January 2026 – Kent and UKIC last registration date.
