Study space and PCs on the Medway campus

How to use student PCs, how to print, and where you can find space to study or attend online lectures and seminars.

For your safety and the safety of others:

  • wear a face covering at all times in study spaces (unless you are exempt).
  • don't move furniture - it's positioned for your safety
  • study alone - don't gather or work in groups.

Student PCs

Where to find PCs

  • Drill Hall Library: if the software you need isn't on the Drill Hall Library PCs you may find it on the Kent PCs in the buildings listed below
  • Medway building: in the open access room, M2-03 and in the IT teaching rooms (only open outside teaching hours - see above)

How to log in

To log into a University of Kent PC: enter your username only

  • Example: user abc1 would enter abc1

To log into a Drill Hall Library PC: username@kent.ac.uk

  • Example, user abc1 would enter abc1@kent.ac.uk
