Best sporting achievement/personal best: I played in the Under 18 finals for Peterborough. I played JRPC Under 18s. Also I played with Kent University in 18/19 and got promoted. 

2020/21 goal in sport: As of regards to Canterbury is to break into the 2nds. On top of that my goal within Kent university is too lead the defence with authority and good communication.

How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? During the break I had a small gym in my house with a bench press and a set of dumbbells in my house. On top of that I did a lot of running where my record was 10 miles in 74 minutes.

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? In 2016 when the GB women’s hockey team won the Olympic gold when I was watching in Greece.

Best sporting achievement/personal best: Captaining Leicester Men’s Hockey Club to 3rd Place in the Indoor and Outdoor EHB National Finals.

2020/21 goal in sport: Captain the UKC Men’s Hockey 1st Team successfully by winning the League and Varsity.

How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? By keeping a routine and planning each weeks training in advance. I also practiced skills based work with my brother in the garden.

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? Watching the Men’s Hockey Semi-Final between Germany and Australia, live at the London 2012 Olympics.

Best sporting achievement/personal best: Playing in a premier league season and the EH cup final. However, my first national league appearance for my home club at 16 will always stand out for me.

2020/21 goal in sport: Strong final season in my last year at Kent. Both for my club side and the University side.

How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? Luckily, I’m a very keen runner, so covid forced me to stop my gym-based S&C and I just went back to my roots.

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? 2 way tie unfortunately: -

How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? Regular running in local park to keep fit.

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? Has to be 2016 Rio, GB women winning Gold against Netherlands.
