What did you miss the most regarding your Sport during the various Covid-19 Lockdowns and imposed restrictions? The team spirit, fun and motivation that comes with playing a match and training together.
What attracted you to study at Kent and what are you most looking forward to at University? Kent’s academic reputation and it is close to my home town which suited me. I am looking forward to making new friends and starting my chosen course.

What attracted you to study at Kent and what are you most looking forward to at University? Canterbury is my home town, and I loved the look of the Marketing course at Kent University, the gym also has world class facilities which was another big incentive.

What did you miss the most regarding your Sport during the various Covid-19 Lockdowns and imposed restrictions? During COVID I would say the idea of playing/training as a team and being able to socialise with everyone. Plus I missed being able to support other teams within the club..
What attracted you to study at Kent and what are you most looking forward to at University? The facilities at Kent were levels above the other universities I was looking at and my course was regarded at one of the best in the country. Plus, the sport at Kent has always had a good level of competitiveness which is what young athletes look for.

2021/22 goal in sport: Bringing my fitness and hockeyskills to another level to be competitive and even more important to be as successful as possible with the university team. Also develop my personality as a player and having nothing but positive impacts on the emotional element of the team.
What did you miss the most regarding your Sport during the various Covid-19 Lockdowns and imposed restrictions? Having competition is just a feeling you don’t get in training or anywhere else. It helps to realize how good I am in comparison to my teammates and my competitors. So I can be honest with myself and take a look at what to work on.
What attracted you to study at Kent and what are you most looking forward to at University? Besides the university being highly ranked especially in my subject but also overall, the university brings a great international feeling to the students. The diversity of students and cultures is not only one aspect that attracted me the most at Kent University, it is also the thing I am the most excited about. I can’t wait to talk to people all over the world and making new experiences.
