NEW FOR 2023 - LES MILLS™ Virtual Instructor Classes. Eleven programmes from some of the world's best instructors.
Exam Calm classes
During the exam season, 8 May to 18 June, all Virtual Instructor classes and some In-Person Instructor classes will be free for everyone. Look out for these classes on our physical and digital timetables.

Our class timetables feature cardio, conditioning, dance, and holistic formats across all the classes you know and love. With our Virtual and In-Person Instructor timetables, you're bound to find your next favourite thing.

How to join - Kent Sport membership
All classes are available to students, staff, alumni, and members of the public.
Kent Sport membership is required to join classes. If you don't have a membership, check out the membership options on our website.

Introducing LES MILLS virtual
Les Mills Virtual takes the same world-class, scientifically-backed workouts that move millions and transforms them into cinematic on-demand group fitness experiences for ultimate flexibility.
Classes are between 30 and 55 minutes in length. See timetable for details.

In-Person Instructor Classes
Alongside our virtual instructor offering, we have a timetable of fantastic classes with our qualified and experienced health and fitness team. Our team are on hand to aid with equipment setup, talk through injuries or concerns, and will clearly instruct you throughout each class.
We strongly advise attending an in-person class before booking a virtual class, particularly if you are unfamiliar with the class format.

Studio etiquette
The studio etiquette is administered in the best interest of members and instructors, ensuring all participants’ safety and wellbeing. All group exercise class attendees should adhere to the following studio etiquette at all times.
Participation
- Please ensure you check in at reception before the start of each class, otherwise an automatic £5 fee will be added to your account.
- If your class uses equipment (BodyPump/Spinning) please arrive early to set up your workstation. Ensure equipment is returned to the same location at the end of the class.
- Appropriate clothing and clean non-marking footwear should be worn for all classes.
- No footwear is required for Yoga and Pilates however please wear your trainers to and from the changing rooms.
- All bags, coats and other equipment should be placed in one of the lockers provided.
- Please bring a towel for all classes where equipment is used.
- We advise all participants to bring a towel and water bottle to each class.
- Inform an instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to start of class.
- Entry is not permitted once class has started. This is for your safety and to avoid disruption to the class.
- Use the cleaning station located in the studio to wipe down equipment before and after use.
Booking guidelines
- All members should book and cancel classes through their online account.
- Premium Plus members can book seven days in advance, Premium and Plus members five days in advance, and Pay to Play members three days in advance.
- If you are not able to attend a class you have booked, you must cancel the class through your online account.
