LES MILLS virtual

Les Mills Virtual takes the same world-class, scientifically-backed workouts that move millions and transforms them into cinematic on-demand group fitness experiences for ultimate flexibility.

Classes are between 30 and 55 minutes in length. See timetable for details.

In-Person Instructor Classes

Alongside our virtual instructor offering, we have a timetable of fantastic classes with our qualified and experienced health and fitness team. Our team are on hand to aid with equipment setup, talk through injuries or concerns, and will clearly instruct you throughout each class.
