How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? I managed to keep fit by playing tennis, and as soon as the club opened, I was playing snooker everyday in order to get my feel and confidence back.

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? One of my favourite moments was watching Adam Peaty win Olympic Gold in 2016.

How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? With sports facilities shut down, I have been participating in weekly international zoom land training calls. I was even able to view a session with Olympians of the sport to gain further knowledge on strength and flexibility techniques. 

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? The most impressive for me has always been the performances of Michael Phelps.

2020/21 goal in sport: To qualify for Henley Royal Regatta with the University of Kent Rowing Club. To win the BUCS Indoor Rowing championships. To qualify for the U23 GB rowing squad for the European Championships 

How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? Initially I maintained my cardio through using my indoor rowing machine and long steady state runs. This was combined with daily core and strength training using my own bodyweight. Due to Covid 19 shutting down rowing across the country I was unable to continue training on the water. To substitute this I started cycling which has complimented my rowing training exceptionally well and is now a core part of my training plan. The cycling also allowed me to maintain a competitive mindset in a period where there were no regattas by competing in virtual cycling races. 

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? Rio 2016 1x Final; the gold and silver medallists were separated by only 5000ths of a second.

2020/21 goal in sport: To compete on the World Cup circuit for 2021 and qualify for the 2021 World Championships in Yankton, USA. I am qualified for the GB world cup team, but due to the Covid-19 crisis is it uncertain whether the events will go ahead. My other goal is to qualify for the 2021 World University Games.

How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? Due to all clubs and training fields being closed during the lockdown I was unable to train with my bow. This was hard mentally for me, but I used the time to work on my physical strength at home. I also worked on mental training in preparation for when the clubs would open. Thankfully, they opened with strict safety measures in May and I was able to train again properly while staying safe.

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? Danielle Brown (GBR) winning her gold medal in archery on home soil at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? 2012 – Charlotte Dujardin winning Gold medal in the Individual Dressage.

How did you manage to continue training/practice sport or keep fit during the Covid-19 lockdown? I attended regular online sessions with GB level gymnasts and kept up my conditioning routine.

2021 is now the Olympic Year. What is your favourite past Olympic Moment? Watching Beth Tweddle win a bronze medal on bars at the O2 arena in the 2012 London Olympics.
