Some private landlords will ask for a deposit to secure a room, but we don't. For Pier Quays we only need an advance rent payment.

A range of options

We've set aside limited rooms across our Canterbury campus with en-suite, self-catered, shared facilities and part-catered options just for you.

You'll be close to a range of study and social facilities available on campus as well as having your own reception and maintenance team.

Shorter contracts

Our contracts begin for the start of term in September, so you won't have to pay extra rent over the summer.

Catering add-on

Fancy a self-catered room but want to add on food? Then our Flex Catering Package could be perfect for you.
