Apply for KMMS accommodation at Kent

No deposit - just apply between mid-January and 30 June 2025 to secure your room.

Accommodation offers will be sent once you have met all course conditions and your place has been confirmed as unconditional.

Both universities prioritise applications based on the date they are submitted, so applying early is highly recommended.

Return for your second year or beyond!

We offer designated accommodation in the Park Wood options exclusively for KMMS students who wish to continue enjoying the convenience and community of campus living.

Returning student accommodation applications open in mid-January, and all KMMS students currently living on campus will receive an email from the Accommodation Team before applications open with everything you need to know to apply.

Why return to live on campus?

  • Hassle-free living: No need to search for a new place to stay
  • Stay with friends: Live alongside fellow KMMS students
  • No upfront costs: There's no deposit required, so you won't pay anything until September
  • Flexible contracts: Accommodation contracts align with your term dates, so you won’t pay for the summer months when you’re not on campus
  • Free Kent Sport Premium Plus membership: Enjoy all the benefits at no additional cost

If you'd prefer, you can also apply for KMMS accommodation at Christ Church University.
