Students staying in Park Wood Flats will share with up to six other people. All rooms are en-suite and students will have access to a kitchen/diner that has an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Accommodation costs include gas, electricity, water, internet access, personal contents insurance and a premium sports membership.
In Park Wood Flats we also have a limited number of twin rooms. Our twin-rooms are great for friends or if you want a room mate to share costs with.
If you opt for a twin room you'll still have access to great facilities such as your flat's fully-fitted kitchen just the same as your other flatmates and free sport membership. The only difference is students living in twin rooms will share their bedroom and en-suite with one other student.
I like the location of Park Wood Flats... it has a great community vibe.
