Woolf College with its green courtyard, en-suite rooms and study spaces, is the preferred option for most postgrads. However, we also have some studio flats available suitable for single and double occupancy.
All rooms include utility bills, Wi-Fi, personal possessions insurance and a Premium Plus Kent Sport membership. Just apply before 30 June and you'll be guaranteed to receive a room offer.

All our postgraduate rooms are self-catered and offered on a 52 week contract to match your course dates.
If you are taking a short course (lasting 39 weeks or less) then you should apply for Darwin Houses where we have dedicated rooms available for short course students.
These standard and large en-suite rooms are home to most of our postgraduate students.
Located in the same college, these studios are en-suite with their own small open-plan kitchenette.
Located close to the centre of campus these studios have bed, kitchen and living areas.
Close to lots of facilities, these studios have a kitchenette, seating area, and en-suite bedroom.
For those on a shorter course, these houses on central campus surround a peaceful rose garden.
