Located on central campus next to Keynes College, our five Keynes Studio Flats are self-contained, en-suite, and perfect for single or double occupancy. 

Each furnished flat features a bedroom, a small open-plan kitchenette, a seating area, and private toilet and shower facilities. 

Just a short walk from key services like Dolche Vita, K-Bar, the Co-Op shop, and the medical centre, Keynes Studios are ideal for students who want to be near the heart of campus. 

Accommodation costs cover gas, heating, electricity, water, WiFi access, personal possessions insurance, and a premium sports membership, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Applying for accommodation

Accommodation is available from September to September for 52 weeks, including all vacation periods. Payments are made in instalments at the start of each term.  

Prices for each accommodation can be found on our Accommodation Prices page.

No deposit - apply for accommodation through our online application portal from mid-January to secure a guaranteed offer, provided you meet the eligibility criteria.

Returning students

Returning student accommodation is also available for postgraduate students in their second year and above. Applications open in January, and returning students will be notified in December when they can begin applying.

Cleaning Services and laundry

Each college has a nearby launderette, and the Cleaning Services team provides a light top-up clean. A more thorough clean can be booked for an additional cost.
