Darwin Houses offer self-catered accommodation for postgraduate students with contracts to match your term dates. 

Beautiful rose gardens surround these terraced houses, located adjacent to Woolf and Darwin Colleges. 

The houses are shared by four to seven residents, with communal kitchen, shower, and toilet facilities. Accommodation costs include gas, heating, electricity, WiFI, personal possessions insurance, and a premium sports membership.

Applying for accommodation

Accommodation is available from September for short-term lets up to 38 weeks, including vacation periods. Payments are made in instalments at the start of each term.  

If you need postgraduate accommodation for the duration of 52 weeks, find more accommodation on our 'Find my room' page.

No deposit - apply for accommodation through our online application portal from mid-January to secure a guaranteed offer, provided you meet the eligibility criteria.

Cleaning Services and laundry

Each college has a nearby launderette, and the Cleaning Services team provides a light top-up clean. A more thorough clean can be booked for an additional cost.
