January/Spring Term 2024 Arrivals
If you place your order before midnight on Tuesday 2 January 2024 your order will be delivered direct to your bedroom.
This means that on the day, after you have checked in at reception for your room keys you will find your boxes in your bedroom.
All other orders will be delivered in the same way as your other mail - either directly to your door or held at your college reception. If your parcel is delivered to reception, you can collect this from them during reception opening hours once you have received your email notification that the parcel has arrived and been processed. When ordering, you must also manually fill in your address and select your planned arrival date. It is very important to include your full address including your room information as well as the college (e.g. Keynes Flats R13/A) at this stage to aid with delivery.
If you had already placed your order and now wish to cancel/amend your order as you are now unable to come to campus you will need to contact UniKitOut directly to arrange this as soon as possible.
