Beverley Farmhouse
Located on the Canterbury campus, our year-round accommodation has eleven bedrooms within this Grade 2 listed farmhouse dating back to the 15th Century.
There are four single and seven double bedrooms with shared modern bathroom facilities and access to fully equipped self-catering kitchens. Free Wi-Fi and parking is included.
Rooms are competitively priced with special rates for internal bookings.

Spring and summer guest accommodation
During the spring and summer vacation periods we have additional 4* - 5* VisitEngland campus graded accommodation available across our Canterbury campus.
Rooms range from en-suite B&B single or double rooms to self-catering flats and houses.
Rooms include cooked or continental breakfast, free parking,
Wi-Fi and on-site gym access.
Ideally located for a Kent summer staycation, graduation celebrations, a business visit or reunion.

Our accommodation isn't just for family and friends. In addition to Beverley Farmhouse we also have self-contained flats on the Canterbury campus in Eliot and Rutherford Colleges that are ideal for short-term staff visits too.
