Our beautiful campus offers a superb range of high quality, affordable accommodation that's within easy reach of the historic city of Canterbury.
On the Canterbury campus, you'll find 4,500 rooms all well-furnished and maintained to a high standard. Our rooms at Kent have recently received a 4* to 5* campus-graded accommodation rating by Visit England. Our rooms are available from April to May and June to September.
All our rooms have flexible booking options meaning you can cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, reschedule your dates or request a full refund.

We have a selection of single and double B&B rooms available during the spring and summer months, located in Becket Court, Keynes College or Tyler Court. All rooms include a private shower, toilet, wash basin, tea and coffee-making facilities, towels, bed linen and breakfast.
