Most of our event venues and accommodation have step-free or lift access for our guests.

You can access guides for each building on our AccessAble page and use them to plan your accessible route into the building.

Parking

We currently have 75 accessible parking spaces across our Canterbury campus which are located as close as possible to building entrances. View our campus map to locate the nearest accessible parking spaces.

Government blue badge holders can park for free at any time within any marked bay when displaying their blue badge. If you don't have a blue badge, however have a health or medical condition, we can arrange a Health Access Permit for your visit.

Getting to our venue

Our Canterbury campus has excellent transport links, making it easily accessible via the motorway network, rail links and local bus services. We're also only two hours away from London airports.

We encourage our visitors to plan their journeys and travel as sustainably as possible via public transport. We have a local bus service which runs hourly and stops at various places across our campus.

For conferences and events run on campus, we can arrange for visitor parking and coach parking to be made available. There are also accessible parking spaces available near the majority of our event venues.

Meeting specific accessibility requirements

We can work with you to meet the specific accessibility needs of your guests. It's important to let us know any specific requirements in plenty of advance of your conference or event so that we can ensure suitable solutions are in place beforehand.
