These are updated regularly so please revisit to check for the latest opportunities

Please also check with your School for any opportunities available to you and you can also carry out your own research into international placements.

How much could I get?

Students can receive up to £544 per month for living costs.

Programme/placement fees charged by the host organisation (eg summer school fee, placement fee etc) are not automatically covered but you MAY be awarded a full or partial contribution towards the programme/placement fee. This will be considered as part of the assessment of your application.

Additional funding is available for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and those who meet the Turing Scheme criteria for disadvantaged students or are assessed by the University of Kent as having widening participation status.

Please be aware that due to the limited funding available, in the event of funding requests exceeding the funding available, priority will be given to those who meet widening participation criteria.
