How will you get involved?


Fitness and dance classes

Kent Sport provides members with an exciting range of fitness and dance classes, such as Circuits, Zumba, BodyPump, Spinning, Pilates and many more. Our timetable features more than 40 classes per week during term time, and we also run timetables throughout vacation periods.

All classes are free for Premium Plus and Premium members. Book your class online, or visit the Sports Centre and The Pavilion receptions.

Please make sure you check in either at reception or at the kiosk before each class.


Booking and cancellation

Booking your class is simple - all members can book and cancel classes online or at the Sports Centre and The Pavilion receptions.

Premium Plus members can book seven days in advance. Premium and Plus members can book five days in advance. Pay to Play members can book three days in advance.

Pay to Play fees are: Student £4.50, Staff and Public Junior £5.50, Alumni and Public Adult £6.50.

A register will be taken at the door to the dance studio. Late entry to classes is not permitted. If you do not cancel or check in to a class, an automatic £5 fee will be applied to your account. See our studio etiquette guide and class cancellation policy for more details.

Group cycling

Kent Sport provide a wide range of group cycling options for all abilities and interests. The cycling timetable follows the current fitness and dance timetable.

Group cycling timetables are available during term time.
