Cycling routes

Hiring a bicycle but unsure of where to go? We've got you covered. There’s nothing quite like the Kentish countryside and now there’s nothing stopping you from experiencing it.

From the beginner’s 4.6km through Tyler Hill to the more adventurous (and hilly!) 17.5km ride to Whitstable, Kent Sport has highlighted five routes we just love.

Tyler Hill
Cycle length: 4.6km
Ideal for beginners, this route takes you to the glorious Kent countryside while not venturing far from campus.

Following the Crab and Winkle way, this route starts on a quiet road before entering Blean Woods.
