Welcome to Kent!

We hope you’ve had a good journey and you’re ready to get settled in. Staff and students will be across campus all weekend to help you to move in to your new home and to answer any questions you may have. Keep an eye out for their bright orange t-shirts!

You've arrived!

    Living in university accommodation?

Have your Arrivals Pass to hand for when you collect your key from your college reception. Your Pass shows your college and room, but if you need a reminder, you can always revisit your accommodation e-induction, pre-arrival email or ask staff.

    Arriving late? Don't worry!

You can still access your room, just go to your college reception & call Campus Security on 01227 823300. Show a Security Officer your Arrivals Pass to get the key to your room. Go to your accommodation reception the next day to complete check-in.

    Coming to campus by car?

You can park in your accommodation's unloading spaces for up to 20 minutes to move your items inside. After this, please move your car to any overflow car park marked ‘P’ on the map. Display your printed unloading permit in the car while on campus.

Collect your KentOne card: your student ID

Open every day from Saturday 16 to Friday 22 September from 9:30 – 16:30.

The Arrivals Hub brings together administrative teams to help you in person, whether you are a new or returning student.

Get stuck in to uni life!

We are so excited you are here, and to celebrate, we have organised a jampacked programme of events for you to get to know the campus, other students and staff at Kent.

  • live music
  • club nights at our on campus nightclub – the Venue
