So, you've received an offer to study at the University of Kent - congratulations! The next step is to apply for your accommodation.
Applications for September entry open at the end of January. To receive a guaranteed accommodation offer, you'll need to apply by the deadline and meet the eligibility criteria.
Before you apply, make sure you check the eligibility requirements and read our accommodation application guidance.

New UG and PG students who have an offer from the University can submit an accommodation application. Check the guarantee details and eligibility criteria.
Medway School of Pharmacy students should apply using their dedicated online application form.
All Medway returners (including MPharm) are guaranteed Pier Quays housing next year. International returners are guaranteed housing if applied annually. Applications at the end of January; Free Kent Sports membership included.
Accommodation offers for returning students will start to be sent out in batches from late March onwards depending on your application date.
The University receives confirmation of A level results and makes decisions on applications. Other results may be received at different times.
Late applicants should apply via the Accommodation pages. Adjustment and Clearing applicants can apply either through the Clearing application form or the Accommodation pages. Please submit one accommodation application only.
Once all conditions have been met, unconditional places are confirmed, and we complete the room allocation process we start sending out offers in batches to the email address you supplied in your application.
Offers expire 48 hours after being sent.

Join (in person and online) social activities, meet your housemates - there is so much to do so keep an eye on Kent's Welcome pages as well as the Kent Students' Union Hub pages to see what's going on.
If you plan to arrive late or outside of normal hours, you need to get in touch with Unite Students to ensure your keys are available for collection.

** Late, adjustment and clearing applicants, as well as late postgraduate applicants, will be offered accommodation subject to availability, with applications considered in line with the stated Eligibility Criteria.
