Applying for accommodation

Accommodation is available from September to June for 31 weeks, excluding winter and spring vacations. While you'll vacate your room during vacations, belongings can stay over winter however all belongings must be removed for the spring vacation. Payments are made in instalments at the start of each term.

You can apply for accommodation with no deposit, through our online application portal from mid-January to 30 June to secure a guaranteed offer, provided you meet the eligibility criteria. Don’t worry if you miss the initial deadlines - our application portal remains open after 30 June but you won't be guaranteed an offer after this date.

Returning students

Returning student accommodation is also available for undergraduate students in their second year and above. Applications open in January, and returning students will be notified in December when they can begin applying.

Cleaning Services and laundry

Each college has a nearby launderette, and the Cleaning Services team provides a light top-up clean. A more thorough clean can be booked for an additional cost.
