Discover Keynes Flats

All Keynes College Flats feature en-suite bedrooms and a spacious, modern kitchen shared with eight to nine flatmates, ideal for cooking and socialising. Accessible and adapted rooms are also available in Keynes Flats.    

Located on central campus, they’re just a short walk from key services like Dolche Vita, K-bar, the Co-Op shop, and the medical centre. 

You can choose between standard or extra-large rooms, with the latter offering a 22” TV with Freeview (including TV licence).

Accommodation costs cover gas, heating, electricity, water, WiFi, personal possessions insurance, and a premium sports membership.

Applying for accommodation

Accommodation is available from September to June for 38 weeks, including the winter and spring vacations. Payments are made in instalments at the start of each term.  

Prices for each accommodation can be found on our Accommodation Prices page.

You can apply for accommodation with no deposit, through our online application portal from mid-January to 30 June to secure a guaranteed offer, provided you meet the eligibility criteria. Don’t worry if you miss the initial deadlines - our application portal remains open after 30 June but you won't be guaranteed an offer after this date.

Returning students

Returning student accommodation is also available for undergraduate students in their second year and above. Applications open in January, and returning students will be notified in December when they can begin applying.

Cleaning Services and laundry

Each college has a nearby launderette, and the Cleaning Services team provides a light top-up clean. A more thorough clean can be booked for an additional cost.
