Meet the Student Conduct and Complaints Office Team

I have worked within Higher Education Student Services for over 16 years and specialised in Student Discipline and University processes as part of my postgraduate studies at Kent.

I have worked in Higher Education for over 26 years and my experience includes overseeing the administration of the Student Complaints procedures and processes. When not at work I like to spend time with my grown-up family and my new grandson.

I have worked at Kent since 2020 and have loved supporting students in my previous role in Information Services, and in my current role within the SCCO. I hope to have a continued positive impact on the student experience at the University.

I have worked in support of education for the past 13 years, including a successful career in arts administration. I have also worked as a professional photographer specialising in fine art portraits.

I've been at Kent for 15 years; 3 as an undergraduate! Since joining the SCCO team, I have utilised my skills and experience to continue making a difference. I'm also an avid seamstress, dance jive and attend car shows with our '56 Chevy Belair.
