I have worked in Higher Education for over 26 years and my experience includes overseeing the administration of the Student Complaints procedures and processes. When not at work I like to spend time with my grown-up family and my new grandson.

I've been at Kent for 15 years; 3 as an undergraduate! Since joining the SCCO team, I have utilised my skills and experience to continue making a difference. I'm also an avid seamstress, dance jive and attend car shows with our '56 Chevy Belair.
