Opportunity details: An opportunity to support the work of the museum, which could include working on the collections, education and learning programme, general museum operations, setting-up temporary exhibitions and/or facilitating museum events.
Location: Sandwich, Kent.
Dates: 2 weeks – dates to be confirmed between you and the employer. Work to be undertaken between June and September 2024.
Post-September: Unconfirmed – to be confirmed at interview stage.
Remote working: This role cannot be undertaken remotely.
Travel costs: Unfortunately, travel assistance will not be available for this reward. (The Careers and Employability may be able to support with travel expenses, within reason, as outlined in the introduction of the Rewards Pack.)
Additional criteria: You must be planning a career in the heritage sector. You must be able to commute to Sandwich.

Opportunity details: The chance to spend a full day at Sandwich Guildhall, gaining an insight into what it is like to work at a museum. The event will include a workshop/talk, tour and the chance to gain hands on experience.
Location: Sandwich, Kent.
Date: 12th June 2024.
Start Time: 10:30am.
