About

Lynsey completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Psychology at the University of Kent before starting as a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at City, University of London. Lynsey now works part-time as a Lecturer in Organisational/Business Psychology at the University of Kent, and spends the rest of her time working as a Senior Researcher with Kent Fire & Rescue Service. 

Research interests

Lynsey's research interests focus on the application of social psychology and behavioural science to the workplace. She is particularly interested in groups and teams at work, and how group identity influences organisational behaviour such as motivation and leadership.
