As part of the roll out of our Challenging Racism campaign, the University of Kent, in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University and City, University of London are working with Inclusive Employers to deliver a virtual, Inclusive Allyship Programme.

The Challenging Racism programme aims to open-up channels of discussion and reflection around racism, as well as raise awareness and understanding around the challenges associated with ethnicity/race, including an opportunity to become an Inclusive Ally.

The course is FREE and open to all staff from each partner University. This is a unique opportunity for staff to take part in a cross sector initiative and share their experiences with colleagues from other Universities. The programme will be delivered over a number of weeks, with the first of four virtual sessions taking place on 23rd February 2021.

Places on the programme are limited. To register your interest in this programme, please add yourself to the waiting list via Staff Connect. Simply search 'Ally' in the training request section then select the relevant course. We will then contact you directly with further information.
