Awareness and celebration days
To promote an inclusive culture, we are sharing a calendar filled with awareness and celebration days that cover all the protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 (and beyond). Use this calendar to plan and share events, introduce new initiatives within your teams, or just to strike up a conversation with a colleague and learn something new. If you run events to celebrate any awareness days, you can add them to our feed below by using the category ‘Equality and Diversity’ when creating your event on Events Factory.
