Peter is working as representative of the Colombian Truth Commission in the UK. As part of his work with the Truth Commission, he has been collaborating with research related to the role of companies in the internal conflict.
Peter's research focuses on issues relating to the challenges of establishing the evidence of criminal responsibility of corporations in human rights violations/international crimes. Interest in this topic stems from years of research on Colombia within the research team on Colombia at the International Secretariat of Amnesty International.
As well as working with Amnesty International, Peter Drury has worked for Oxfam, Global Witness and Peace Brigades International.
