Welcome to Tyler Court, a vibrant and centrally located student accommodation on campus, offering everything you need for a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Tyler Court A features en-suite single bedrooms and modern shared kitchens, where you’ll enjoy cooking and socialising with up to eight flatmates. The building includes a ground-floor study area and is just steps away from the library and other key campus facilities.

Tyler Courts B and C provide spacious en-suite rooms with a double bed, shared kitchens with nine flatmates, and the same unbeatable central location, placing you at the heart of campus life.

Accessible and adapted rooms are also available in all Tyler Court blocks (A, B, C).      

Your accommodation package includes all utilities - gas, heating, electricity, water, and WiFi, as well as personal possessions insurance and a premium sports membership, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Applying for accommodation

Accommodation is available from September to June for 38 weeks, including the winter and spring vacations. Payments are made in instalments at the start of each term.  

Prices for each accommodation can be found on our Accommodation Prices page.

You can apply for accommodation with no deposit, through our online application portal from mid-January to 30 June to secure a guaranteed offer, provided you meet the eligibility criteria. Don’t worry if you miss the initial deadlines - our application portal remains open after 30 June but you won't be guaranteed an offer after this date.

Returning students

Returning student accommodation is also available for undergraduate students in their second year and above. Applications open in January, and returning students will be notified in December when they can begin applying.

Check the bed size for this accommodation to ensure you bring or purchase the correct bedding. Bedding packs and other essentials are available from UniKitOut, once your room is allocated.

Cleaning Services and laundry

Each college has a nearby launderette, and the Cleaning Services team provides a light top-up clean. A more thorough clean can be booked for an additional cost.
