From November 2020, Schools and Centres will be grouped into six academic divisions with greater freedom to meet the needs of our students. These will replace the existing faculties.
Our new model will allow staff to work more closely together on what we do best; transforming students’ lives through education. We will be able to offer a more consistent service to all students, undergraduate and postgraduate.
As the changes in a number of teams come together, our priority is to ensure there is minimal impact on your studies. Divisions will be in touch to confirm any key changes as the year progresses, including updated contact details for different services where necessary.

Kent Union have provided advice and guidance on behalf of students throughout this project, ensuring students’ best interests remain at the forefront of our plans.
We are continuing to hold regular engagement events with student representatives and full-time officers as changes are confirmed, making sure students' views and experiences continue to be taken into account.
