With recognised excellence in teaching, world-class research, and an award-winning Law Clinic, Kent Law School (KLS) offers you an intellectually stimulating environment in which to study and explore the law.

KLS is part of the Division for the Study of Law, Society and Social Justice (LSSJ). LSSJ is a large, diverse, multidisciplinary Division with a shared ambition to make a difference; we strive to engage critically with social justice practices and projects at home and around the world. Our shared goal is to interrogate how we can make society work better for all.

‘Prepare for Law’ ​is an exciting series of preparatory activities developed exclusively by Kent Law School for the benefit of our undergraduate law applicants.

Get involved with our student societies

Kent Law School boasts a number of student societies run by law students for law students. As well as offering an excellent opportunity to make new friends and have some fun, you can choose to get involved as a committee member - another great way to gain new skills for your CV, and build your networks.
