Runners are invited to take part in a 10 kilometre race which is part of the University’s series of events to help students manage the demands of exam season.

The run, which co-organised with Sporting Events UK, is described as ‘a fun and welcoming event that is open not only to students but also to people of all abilities from the wider community’.

Starting at the University’s Kent Sport Pavilion at 10.30am on Sunday 21 May, the route takes runners through the Canterbury countryside along the historic and picturesque Crab and Winkle way.

The Stamp Out Stress series of sports activities includes bike rides, using Kent Sport’s new Cycle Hub, golf, climbing, archery, dodgeball and Japanese swordsmanship.

Pre-booking for events is advisable and all details are available from Kent Sport.
