Kent Business School (KBS) has launched a podcast to provide listeners with insights into life at the University and the business world.

The monthly podcast, titled Spill the B, is led by student host Syed Mahmood and will feature special guests from KBS and beyond.

The first episode, The Pandemic Villain, explores the experience of being a student during an international pandemic. For this episode, Syed is joined by Dr Catherine Robinson, Deputy Dean and Senior Lecturer in Applied Economics and Business Statistics at KBS.

In an excerpt from the episode, Dr Robinson said: ‘If one of the graduate goals is resilience, this year has absolutely typified how tough our students have had to be. Not only in terms of studying but pressures at home … with worries about family and friends. People have been tremendously put upon this year and it is amazing how well everyone has done.’

Spill the B is available for free on Spotify – listen today.
