Timetabling Office

 

The office administers the timetabling of the Canterbury Campus and supports timetabling operations at all the other campuses and European Centres. The office also advises on the strategic demand for teaching space and monitors the quality of teaching space on the Canterbury Campus.

Timetables are planned, implemented and maintained through the annual timetable development process. Timetables are broadcast to students via the Student Guide and to staff through the Student Data System. There is an on-line timetable review system (OTIS) for staff to check the development of the future timetable.

 

Dr Gill Sinclair - Learning and Teaching Space Manager - co-ordinates the operational and strategic provision of teaching rooms.

Debby Darby and Emma French - Timetable Officers - develop the future timetable and make current year bookings and timetable changes.

Sammy Khoo - Timetable Officer with particular responsibility for Kent & Medway Medical School (KMMS) - developing the future timetable.

Kate Larman - Timetabling Assistant - makes current year bookings and timetable changes.

The taught MA programmes run at the Paris Centre are arranged by individual schools assisted by the Paris administrative team.

Kent's teaching in Paris is at Reid Hall, an international teaching, conference and research centre. Kent at Paris postgraduates share its facilities with staff and students from Columbia University, Barnard College, University of Florida and other prestigious academic institutions.
