Our health and fitness services are a great way to ensure that you achieve maximum benefit from your workout. Our qualified instructors offer an initial one-to-one fitness consultation to discuss your lifestyle and agree a way forward to achieve your goals. 

The service includes a variety of inductions, assessments and programmes tailored to suit your needs.

Personal training (coming soon)

Personal training is available for individuals who want one-to-one training and a personalised programme suited to their individual goals.

Working with a personal trainer is a good way to help you learn the right way to exercise effectively and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to exercise effectively on your own. Personal training can also add variety to your current workouts and bring a fresh perspective with new or more challenging exercises to maximise your potential.
