Dr Yonghui Hu received the B.Eng. degree in automation from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in dynamics and control from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2009.
He was a Postdoctoral Researcher with Beihang University, Beijing, China, from 2010 to 2012. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Control and Computer Engineering, North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China. In April 2019, he joined the University of Kent as a Research Associate.
His current research interests include smart condition monitoring of various industrial processes and multiphase flow measurement.
