- Make sure that you have sufficient time to complete and submit the form as it cannot be saved in draft.
- Make sure that you read the appeal questions on the Appeal Submission Guide page and have all the information ready.
- The text boxes do not limit the number of characters and should be sufficient to outline your case in full.
- You must answer all questions indicated by an asterisk *.
- You will not be able to progress through the form and submit it without completing all of the required questions.
- After submitting your appeal, you will receive an automated message to your institutional email confirming it has been received.

We will consider your appeal based on the information that you provide in this form and any evidence that you include. It is important that you write your statements fully and clearly. We will not normally contact you for further information and we will not ask anyone in or outside the University on your behalf.
