This page contains contact information for Kent Union Advice Centre, Divisions and the Quality Assurance and Compliance Office, and what support they can provide.

You will also find information about the mental health support that is available to you.

Kent Union Advice Centre

Kent Union Advice Centre offers free, impartial and confidential advice and guidance and can provide individual support with your appeal.

Divisional Contacts

Contact your Division using the email address below if you want to submit an application for Early Resolution. 
Please clearly indicate in your email that you are requesting Early Resolution.

Each Division also has its own dedicated Student Support and Programmes Administration teams who can provide support and guidance. For more information visit Divisional student teams webpages.

Mental Health Support

Spectrum Life - 24/7 Phone and WhatsApp support from qualified counsellors and mental health professionals.

Togetherall - 24/7 Anonymous online peer support, self-assessments and courses on topics such as stress and anxiety.

Quality Assurance and Compliance Office

The Quality Assurance and Compliance Office processes student appeals and can advise you on procedures and regulations for appeals. 

We need to maintain objectivity and impartiality when considering your case and cannot give individual advice on the content of the appeal. 

If you contact us once you have submitted your appeal, please note that we will not be able to update on its progress. We will only confirm whether we have received your appeal.
