Important information before you start filling in the appeal form

  • Make sure that you have sufficient time to complete and submit the form as it cannot be saved in draft.
  • Make sure that you read the questions on the Appeal Submission Guide page and have all the information ready.
  • The text boxes do not limit the number of characters and should be sufficient to outline your case in full.
  • At the end of the form, you will be asked whether you have any evidence to support your appeal. If you answer 'YES', the Quality Assurance and Compliance Team will be in touch with you within 2-3 working days with instructions on how to submit your evidence.
  • Please note that we will normally email to your University/Institutional account only, so be sure to check your emails regularly, as you will be given the deadline by which you need to submit your evidence.
  • You must answer all questions indicated by an asterisk *.
  • You will not be able to progress through the form and submit it without completing all of the required questions.
  • After submitting your appeal, you will receive an automated message to your institutional email with a copy of your submission attached.

We will consider your appeal based on the information that you provide in this form and any evidence that you include. It is important that you write your statements fully and clearly. We will not normally contact you for further information and we will not ask anyone in or outside the University on your behalf.
