Biography

    • MSc in Chemistry at Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) in 1962; PhD of the University of Leeds in 1966; Lecturer in Applied Chemistry at Lanchester Polytechnic, Coventry, 1966-70 before coming to the University of Kent in 1970 as Lecturer in Chemistry.
    • Visiting researcher at the University of Southern California,1980.
    • Associate Member of the Polymer Division of IUPAC, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Polymer Terminology.
