Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

The AOG has been at the forefront of OCT system development for many years. The group has:
-Pioneered the use en-face OCT technology
-Developed the first dual channel confocal/OCT instrument for the eye
-Developed a multi-interferometer configuration to collect simultaneously images from different depths and produced a 3D OCT visualisation in real time.
