Kent Business School (KBS) is pleased to introduce The Lisa Pan Marketing and Technology Scholarship, newly available to MSc Marketing students in September 2021.

The scholarship is open to all UK and International applicants for the MSc Marketing. The scholarship is awarded based on outstanding academic merit with an award to cover full Home tuition fees. Applicants must submit a supporting statement which should discuss how the candidate could develop their interest in marketing and technology through being awarded the scholarship.

The scholarship will not only support KBS’s mission as a leading Business School to champion sustainable innovation through high-quality research and education impacting business and society, the scholarship will also support the school in their commitment to developing employable, ethical graduates who can make an exceptional contribution.

Lisa Pan graduated from Kent with an MBA (Merit) in 2012 and was inspired to create the scholarship in support of the difficulties caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Dr Desmond Laffey, Senior Lecturer in E-commerce and Programme Director of the MSc Marketing programme at KBS, said: ‘We are delighted to introduce this new scholarship thanks to generosity of alumna Lisa Pan. Former students giving back by supporting current students demonstrates the supportive ethos of the international business community we foster at Kent Business School.’
