Girls in Charge is a non-profit social enterprise that upskills women through fun and gamified content, giving them the confidence and entrepreneurial skills to progress in their corporate careers or develop their own business.

Niamh Carter serves as Co-Director and Head of Impact at Girls in Charge, overseeing the Impact Programme that delivers training to thousands of women worldwide. Her role involves the design and implementation of interactive training formats, as well as identifying expansion opportunities for scaling our impact. Niamh has created, delivered and facilitated training initiatives at all levels within the public, private and charity sectors. She specialises in communication, impact, and gamified skills development.
