Join us for an empowering session with Kinga Stabryla, the Managing Director of the award-winning agency Brandspire, as we celebrate International Women's Week under this year’s theme, #InspireInclusion. In her talk, "Balancing Acts: Navigating the Workplace as Women of Worth," Kinga will delve into the complexities of the mental load carried by women, both in and out of the workplace. 

Drawing from her extensive experience working with high-level entrepreneurs (including the ex-CEO of TimeOut Group, Julio Bruno, and billionaires) she will explore the challenges of being the 'Mother Goose' in professional settings, the importance of building confidence and assertiveness early in one’s career, and how to choose work and life partners who support your professional journey and personal growth.This session is designed not just to highlight the hurdles but to equip females with the tools and strategies needed to assert their value confidently, without fear of being labelled aggressive, and to navigate their careers and personal lives with balance and fulfilment.

A series of events in the lead up to International Women’s Day on 8 March focusing on the experiences of women in a variety of industries covering career journeys, challenges and achievements. The International Women's Day 2024 campaign theme is #InspireInclusion and whilst Inspiring Women Week may be of particular interest to students that identify as female, please note that all of our events are open to all students who are interested in attending.
