Student membership applies to all University of Kent Undergraduate and Postgraduate students (Canterbury and Medway) only.
All membership prices are valid until 31 August 2026.
Student membership can be purchased online or at the Sports Centre and Pavilion receptions.
Student single-payment membership prices
Student single-payment memberships are available to purchase from 1 September 2025. Single-payment memberships are valid from purchase date until 31 August 2026.

One-month memberships are valid for one month from purchase date. One-month memberships do not automatically renew. Once your membership expires, you can purchase another one-month membership through your online account.

Staff membership applies to all University of Kent staff including contracted, full-time, part-time, and timesheet staff.
Alumni membership applies to all graduated students and former University of Kent staff.
All membership prices are valid until 31 August 2026.

Whole pitch and court bookings
Access for under 16's
Children under the age of 16 can now create a Pay to Play account to use the sports facilities at Kent Sport. This Pay to Play account can only be created with parent or guardian consent at the Sports Centre or The Pavilion receptions. All under 16's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their booking. Under 16s will pay £4.50 per booking.
UNIversal Gym membership
University of Kent student and staff Premium Plus members can access university gyms across the country with a BUCS UNIversal membership.
This is a free membership but does require a Kent Sport Premium Plus membership to access other university gyms.
