The Menopause Fitness Course is a 10-week programme designed to help women navigate the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that occur during menopause, typically between the ages of 40 and 55.
The goal of a menopause fitness programme for the individual is to promote physical and mental wellbeing, and to understand the different training approaches to help with menopause symptoms. Regular physical activity is a key component of any menopause programme to manage weight, strengthen bones, and improve mood.

"I would consider myself fairly active, however I do tend to do the same things and found myself gaining quite a bit of weight. What I liked about this course was having the chance to try out the machines in the gym, the classes and weights, to find out what I enjoyed and to give my confidence a boost with going to a gym. Liz is so encouraging, and having the support of her and the group really helped too as I didn't feel alone. I would definitely recommend the course if you are looking for something that gives you all round support and guidance with nutritional advice, exercise plans and tips on how to cope with the symptoms of menopause."
